Contracts between you and Mooch shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We try to keep our website as up to date as possible however we do change our stock regularly and cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. Please be aware that some of our products are extremely limited and are sold on a first come first served basis. Our customer service team will endeavour to source a particular product for you if it is out of stock or simply advise you of a suitable alternative where possible.
All prices specified on the Mooch website are subject to change without notice. Each price is inclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%). There is also an additional charge for delivery. The amount for delivery shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose. Once your order has been processed and in the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Mooch needs to change the price due to a supplier price increase, tax change or typing error on the site, Mooch will notify you and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order. Any date specified by us for delivery is an estimate. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be agreed when placing your order. Lead times are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We use the information we collect to provide a better service, to ensure your order is processed smoothly and to keep customers updated of special offers. To place an order we will require your name, address, email address, credit/debit card details and a telephone number so that we may reach you quickly if there is a problem with your order or delivery. Please be aware that orders taken after 12 noon on Friday and all day Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the next working day. Your order becomes binding once accepted. All orders are subject to availability. It is your responsibility to check that all details of your order, such as specifications, measurements, features, access and delivery are correct and suitable to your requirements.
We may refuse to accept an order if:
1. The goods are not available
2. We cannot obtain authorization for payment
3. There has been a pricing or description error on a product

Products may vary due to unique and characteristic variations of natural materials. We are not responsible for any such variations which add to the unique quality of the product - such as product colour and shade may vary from one manufacturing batch to another. Many of our products are hand finished and there may be slight differences between items. These are not faults.
