We will of course send anything anywhere!  Please contact us for a quote.  Postage is charged at cost depending on location.

Furniture/Fragile/Heavy items

Large or fragile items such as furniture, mirrors and lighting usually require extra insurance and specialist couriers to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Providing your order is in stock, it will be despatched within 24 hours and should arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order. Any date specified by us for delivery is an estimate. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be agreed when placing your order. Lead times are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to ensure the large/heavy items such as furniture will fit into your home. Please check that furniture can pass freely through doorways, passageways and around corners. Check that large delivery vans can reach the delivery address as fees for re-delivery and or cancellation apply. Cancellation fees of up to 25% of the value of the products may apply if the product is subsequently cancelled.

A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the unwrapped products and sign to acknowledge that the products have been received in a satisfactory condition. Any visible damage or discrepancy with your product must be reported immediately. Do not leave your goods unchecked, we will not accept liability for visible faults not reported within 5 days of delivery.

It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of order of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply when ordering as additional delivery charges may apply such as deliveries above ground floor, deliveries requiring a small van for access or deliveries requiring two persons.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order or part of your order for any reason prior to despatch. It is important that you contact us immediately via email info@moochhome.co.uk or telephone Customer Services +44 (0) 151 625 3049. Any payment made by you will be refunded within 30 days.

If the goods have already been dispatched, you can return them within 14 days of receipt providing the goods are unused and in the original packaging with proof of purchase attached. Please follow our Returns Policy.

Cancellation fees of up to 25% of the value of the products may apply to Special Order items such as Furniture, Lighting and Mirrors.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods for any reason, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please notify customer services on +44 (0) 151 625 3049 Monday – Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-4 or email info@moochhome.co.uk prior to returning the goods.

When returning goods please label your package clearly and wrap the items very securely. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase and in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and we recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery as the goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

When we receive the goods we will refund you using the same method as your original payment within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund postage for unwanted items.

Mooch reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged, therefore please ensure your goods are securely packaged.

We do not refund or exchange sale items. For hygiene reasons we do not refund or exchange earrings.

Items may be returned in person to our store. If an exchange is required please call prior to return to ensure we reserve a replacement for you.

In the unlikely event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please contact customer services on +44 (0) 151 625 3049 Monday-Saturday 10-5 Sunday 12-4 (excluding national holidays). Any visible damage or discrepancy with your products must be reported immediately. Do not leave your goods unchecked, we will not accept liability for visible faults not reported within 5 days of delivery. A member of our team will advise you on how to proceed. Mooch shall strive to replace faulty or damaged goods however, in the unlikely event that a replacement is not possible Mooch will of course offer a full refund.
